Our Products

Our 2009 season extra-virgin olive oils were pressed between November 15 and December 20, 2008. The season was bountiful land the fruit extra-rich in oil. Olive oil is pure fruit juice, without additives or preservatives, rich in antioxidant qualities that help the cardiovascular flow. It contains vitamins A, D, K and E and assists in the absorption of calcium.

Our 2010 Ladera is produced from Columella olives on Coratina rootstock. This oil has been filtered. It is a rather mild, fruity extra virgin oil with a free acidity of 0.06%.
