Extra Virgin Olive Oils

Our 2009 season extra-virgin olive oils were pressed between November 15 and December 20, 2008. The season was bountiful land the fruit extra-rich in oil. Olive oil is pure fruit juice, without additives or preservatives, rich in antioxidant qualities that help the cardiovascular flow. It contains vitamins A, D, K and E and assists in the absorption of calcium.

Our Tuscan oils are produced from Frantoio and Leccino olives. This is a relatively mild, fruity oil which will make a positive addition to all foods.

This is the mildest of our extra virgin oils. It is produced primarily from our Columella olives and it comes in our very popular triangular blue bottle.

Our organic oil is a blend of four varieties of olives, Columella, Leccino, Pendolino and Nocellara del Belice. Two of these are from Tuscany, one from Sicily and one from France. This blend is certified 100% organic.

Like the Tuscan Style, this oil is a product of Frantoio and Leccino olives. It is slightly different with more emphasis on Frantoio. It also is mild and fruity with broad applications.

This oil is produced from Spanish olives from the part of our grove which is well over 100 years old. As always, the oil is robust and peppery. It may not be for the faint of heart, but people who know olive oil love it.
