Our Peach Balsamic Vinegar is crafted from 100% Trebbiano grapes that are aged 12 years and then infused with fresh peaches.  Made in Modena, Italy under the strict regulation of the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale, this white balsamic vinegar has a delightfully sweet and bright peach flavor.

Peach balsamic vinegar can be a great addition to salads, particularly those with fruit in them. It can also be reduced to make a wonderful dessert glaze, or meat marinade.
