Our Mandarin Infused Olive Oil is crafted by adding the rinds of freshly harvested organic Satsuma Mandarins to our "Provencale" extra virgin olive oil, and allowing the mandarin oil to infuse into the olive oil until the desired degree of mandarin flavor is reached.

Mandarin can be a great addition to a wide range of dishes. It has a sweetness that makes it great for salad dressings and veggies, as well as a for glazes and some meats.
