Our Rosemary Infused Olive Oil is crafted by adding bundles of freshly cut and dried branches of organic Tuscan Blue Rosemary to our "Tuscan" extra virgin olive oil, and allowing the rosemary oil to infuse into the olive oil until the desired degree of rosemary flavor is reached.

Rosemary can be a great addition to a wide range of dishes. It is particularly well suited to many pasta sauces and soups, as well as for potatoes, red meats, and game.
