We offer consulting services in southern California, to help our clients establish and maintain their olive groves for the production of olives.

This service includes:

• The assessment of potential planting sites to determine the feasibility of growing olives.
• Developing a plan for planting the grove, including land preparation, tree layout, irrigation, etc.
• Selecting olive tree varieties for the optimal production of high quality olive oil.
• Planning for the maintenance of the grove, including irrigation, weed control, fertilizing, pruning and pest control.
• Supervision of the planting and maintenance.
• Assisting with the harvesting of olives, pressing them and finding markets for the oil.
